I work in retail. My department store has seen a very high turnover rate in employees over the past year. Software that could keep track of the cost of hiring, training, and terminating of employees would be great to show the higher ups in the company.

This would hopefully inspire them to look at how management needs to better treat their employees to get them to stay with the company, work harder, and therefore save the company more money.
