Startup Idea: Client Management and Employee Productivity Software for Advertising Companies

Startup idea to develop a productivity and communication software tailored to the needs of advertising companies. The software would provide quantitative data on workers, record customer interactions, and integrate a synced calendar for coordinating meetings. The aim is to facilitate better inter-team communication, enhance efficiency, and monitor daily productivity.

I have recently began working at an advertising company. A lot goes into finding and contacting potential clients and between multiple people working to contact companies, it is difficult to keep track of everything that goes on in one day.

This could be solved with something more efficient than the messy google doc we're using right now. I'm sure my boss would love to pay for a program which would

1. Provide quantitative data on workers,
2. Be able to record phone calls, emails etc. in one place, and
3. Have some sort of synced calendar integrated as well for setting up meetings, phone calls, and other planned interactions with our clients.

The program should be able to make things more efficient for workers, help workers interact with each other, and help our boss monitor our progress and daily productivity.
