Startup Idea: Digital Time-Tracking Solution for Rapidly Expanding Company

Startup idea to develop a digital solution that can keep track of hours worked per person across multiple locations of a company. The platform needs to categorize between hourly and salaried employees, accounting for deviations in salaried employees' work hours.

I work for a company that has expanded quite fast. One of the problems we have is keeping digital track of hours worked per person, per clinic.

Right now 90% of our employees are hourly, but we require that they keep track of the hours weekly too. The company basically runs on trust. If a salaried employee leaves for more then 2 hours a week, then we need to know. They do not get the full time salary when this happens.

I have no idea how to keep track of this digitally over 19 clinics. I have tried to find a simple, consist solution and have failed to do so.
