Startup Idea: Anti-Glare and Screen Brightness Control Software

Startup idea to develop a software that can adjust the brightness and control abrupt screen changes seen in an IT environment, helping to prevent migraines in high screen-exposure users such as administrative assistants.

I work in information technology as an administrative assistant. A huge pain pain for me is triggered migraines due to flashing on my screen. I would happily pay for software to resolve this. It could dull the brightness of my screen when frequent changes occur.
