Startup Idea: Laundry Business Data Management System

Startup idea to develop a new, modern software solution for a laundry business that is facing challenges in data management due to their dated system. This system needs to offer better accessibility, more efficient password management, and potentially a universal system to reduce complexity and improve security.

I work in the laundry world. We are responsible for maintaining customer data such as names, addresses, as well as personal business information. We use a dated program to house this information. There are even areas of the information that can not be accessed by current employees who need the info to do their jobs. It is set up in a way that you can use password protection to limit the amount of information available. The big problem is that over time employees quit or even forget passwords and the data then needs to be recovered by an IT specialist from an outside company. The software makes you create a new password every 90 days. So the passwords that you have used in the past need to be retained to access the data that was protected at the time. You always have to use the specific password from the related section of protected content. We just need a new universal system to fix these issues. I'm not sure as to the reason the software was never updated. I have asked and been told many things. I really don't think that it would be difficult to develop software for us to use.
