Startup Idea: Real-Time Milestone Tracking System

Startup idea to develop a comprehensive system for real-time milestone tracking. This software would allow various departments to update their progress on a weekly basis, which then gets aggregated into a GO/NO GO report. The system would highlight the final delivery dates, late milestones, and RED functions, enabling the Director of Program Management to easily identify focus areas without needing to go through each page individually.

I'm Director of Program Management and i spend an unreal amount of time trying to keep up with one page views of all programs.

I'd like some kind of system that my team could fill out for milestone tracking, with real time updates, and a GO/NO GO list of various functions/departments (purchasing, manufacturing, quality, etc.)

They would each fill their page once per week, the software would aggregate all details to me highlight only final delivery dates, late milestones and RED functions. This would increase my ability to focus on items that need my attention instead of hunting through each page, for each customer, for each program. Right now, we use multiple Excel pages, stored on a shared drive, that i have to access individually, print, and review painfully slowly at my desk.
