I am a customer service adviser for Apple and I help people with their Apple purchases.

I find that the software that I'm using does not provide call back numbers to customers in case the call gets disconnected or if there's need to call back a customer.

The solution would be to incorporate ability to provide the call back number in the same information screen listed when customers call in.
