Startup Idea: Communication Facilitator Software for IT Professionals

Startup idea to develop a software designed to improve internal communication between different tiers of IT employees. The software would act as a 'middleman', reminding employees to review specific tasks or contact specific colleagues, potentially accelerating business processes.

I work in IT (software) field. I have noticed that between different tiers of employees there are instances where communication doesn't happen the way it should which leads to slowing down business, especially if you don't directly talk to the person. It would be nice if there was a middle-man software or something to remind the other person to look at this task or reach out to Mr./Ms. Smith.
