Startup Idea: Automated Item Scanner and Pricing System for Publix

Startup idea to develop a software solution which automatically updates an item's price and system entry once scanned at Publix. This will significantly cut down the time taken by employees to manually search for the item price on shelves.

A lot of items sold on publix sometimes are not in the system. If there was a way where once we scanned the item it was automatically priced and in our system that would be fantastic. It can take sometimes several minutes for workers to go search for the item on the shelf and the price listed.
