Startup Idea: App for Regulating Thermal Temperature of Devices

Startup idea to develop an application that allows users to manage and regulate the thermal temperature of their handheld devices effectively to avoid overheating.

Currently I am not working due to a injury from work.

I believe this is a issue amongst several owners of any hand held device and there is no cure none on the market! This could be a breakthrough in technology.

If we can check or BPM or track miles we have walked. We should be able to cool our divices by regulating the thermal temperature.
