I'm a senior Project Manager at BHGE - formerly GE Oil and Gas until our merger with Baker Hughes.

My order entry team uses Oracle to input line items from customer POs, where parts order run into the thousands of line items.

My team in turn needs to take these multi-thousand item excel spreadsheets, which are in turn probably data dumps of on-demand part requests from my customers, and enter them one at a time in Oracle.

I need a software solution that can take standard information from excel - leading with a part number - and ideally automate this order entry functionality. I have not - right now, I have an order entry team manually inputting order lines.
