Startup Idea: Web Design Automation Software for Design Firm

Startup idea to develop a software solution to automate the setup and initial design process for a design firm. The tool should have the capability to auto-select random templates based on input categories, to increase efficiency and significantly reduce the time spent on the setup for each new client.

I am Web Designer for an established design firm that has roughly 14,000 clients. Each day we sign up new clients that we design from scratch a website from start to finish. But each one takes roughly an hour to setup, then design before content is added.

The ideal solution to this hassle would be a program that could automate the setup and initial design process so that as designers, we could focus on tweaking the initial template to custom fit and add content, cutting 20-30 minutes off each new clients setup time.

If it had the ability to autoselect random templates given an input category that would be even better. Yes, tried looking up marcos.. but marcos tend to fail. We still do everything manually.
