Startup Idea: Startup idea for personalized product advertising software

Startup idea to develop a software that helps an online marketer with around 11k followers to automatically send product updates. The software should be capable of displaying followers' locations, their trend preferences based on past searches and house robust analytics. The software should also safely keep track of emails, passwords and contact details.

i am an online marketer who has about 11k followers who are so interested to have my products known to them , the only problem is how to Generate a private account that can easily send them my products without them requesting for it , i need something that has the formats of displaying the location of this Followers and the kind of trends based on their past search but has to be automatic .Thank you.

Of course basic analytics would be very helpful so that I could keep a close eye on our overall future shops to be opened. It would also be helpful if it could keep track of emails and passwords as well as their contact details..THANK YOU.
