Startup Idea: Rejection Tracking System for Foundry Industry

Startup idea to develop a software system for tracking and controlling rejections in the Foundry Industry. This not only includes in-house vetting activities but also allows monitoring rejections from customers, helping understand if the process can be improved or if it's a result of misuse.

I work in a Foundry industry. There is no system for tracking the rejections and hence we are not able to control rejections. The vetting activity is not computerized. Hence we do not have any means of controlling rejections in fettling. There is no system for accepting rejections from customers . Hence we are not able to understand whether it is because of quality related issues or misuse by the customers.
