Startup Idea: Facility Rental Reservation Software Start-Up Idea

Startup idea to develop a reservation software tailored specifically for booking buildings and other facilities. The objective is to bring the manual process of renting facilities, currently handled over the phone, online making it convenient for both the customers and the staff.

I work at a park where there are several buildings available for rent. To rent the buildings customers must call the park directly and speak to a staff member who in turn takes their credit card info over the phone. There currently is no methodology to streamline this process or arrange for it to be done online by the customer.

Some sort of reservation software specifically for buildings and facilities would be great. I know reserveamerica books campsites but to my knowledge there's nothing like that for facilities. Yes. I used search terms such as "facility rental programs" and "Point of Sale programs".
