Startup Idea: Web-Based Pizzeria Ordering Platform Idea

Startup idea to develop a non-subscription, self-hosted web-based ordering platform for pizzerias. The platform should enable easy online menu creation, hosting, and should be user-friendly for online ordering.

I work in a pizzeria and we can't find a really good non-subscription web based ordering platform. We'd love one that could be used and hosted by us that would allow us to take online ordering. We'd pay a several hundred dollars to not need a subscription based service. Something that just allows us to create easy to use online menus, host it, and forget it. We don't really want anything SaaS based. Yes, "online menu creating software" is the main kind of search term we've used but haven't really found anything great.
