Startup Idea: Employee Tracking System for Retail Stores

Startup idea to develop an employee tracking system for retail stores, to allow managers to easily identify the location of any staff member within the store, improving productivity and efficiency.

I work as a worker in wal mart and one things that would help us a lot would be a tracking system for each employee. We often need to find where someone is in the store and if we were all connected in one device it would make my job as a manager a lot easier.
