Startup Idea: Employee Onboarding and Training Tracker for SaaS Startups

Startup idea to develop a cost-effective and comprehensive software that tracks the onboarding process and internal training of new hires in early stage SaaS startups. The software would potentially include features such as training progress monitoring, certification status, and personalized training recommendations.

I currently work as an Account Executive for an early stage SaaS start-up. We are currently focusing on growth and hiring a lot of salesmen (3-4 every month) and have a hard time keeping track of the new hires training / internal certification process (e.g., are they cleared to run calls, up to speed on the industry etc...)

It would be great if there was a central database to track employee training and progress in the on-boarding process. It would be a nice value add if the software could recommend upcoming training that new hires need to sit in on. I have looked into it but all the solutions were either incomplete or too expensive. I looked for learning management, SaaS talent management, and corporate training software.
