Startup Idea: Client Management Dashboard for IT Consultants

Startup idea to build a user-friendly and efficient software that allows IT consultants to manage and organize their client accounts, notes, and projects. The focus should be on ease of use and customizability.

I work in the information technology industry. Currently, I am a consultant for a firm that sells IT consulting services to varies businesses.

My biggest pain point is finding a piece of software to keep track of all of my client accounts that I am consulting firms.

I would like an easy to use dashboard where I can click on my client and organize notes, projects, etc.

We currently use a piece of software that is very cumbersome. I would definitely pay for something that was created to help me manage my customer base. I have tried Googling various products, but nothing really fits my needs.
