Startup Idea: Fair Scheduling Software for Food Service Industry

Startup idea to develop a scheduling software for the food service industry, specifically aimed at managing and distributing working hours fairly among staff. The software would ensure neither favoritism nor discrimination occurs in assigning hours, while taking into account various factors like managerial duties, family obligations, etc.

I work in the food service industry, as the manager of the deli department in a grocery store. Something big for me that is not yet solved by software is my scheduling. I've been trying to give everyone fair hours, but it can be very difficult to plan out, especially since I'm required to give myself and my assistant manager 40 right off the bat. Some of my workers have families, others don't, but I also don't want to give unfair treatment to anyone. If there was a software that could make my schedule, it would be awesome and I would pay for it. I think that the software could easily divide out the hours in a way that is fair.
