Startup Idea: Scattered Gradient Patterning Tool for Web Design

Startup idea to build a scattered gradient patterning tool. This software will allow web designers to manually position color hotspots on an image or element creating a unique gradient style. Each color hotspot will bleed into its nearest colors with the ability to adjust the 'spread' or strength of each gradient.

I am a web designer and a feature that I have not found in any of the software I have used is the ability to create colour gradients whete, rather than selecting multiple colours that create a linear, radial or other specific shape/direction for the gradient, the gradient can be created by specifically placing each different colour in different places on the image/element in question.

Essentially, my idea is to create a scattered gradient patterning tool/software to create gradients that seem to contain 'randomly' placed colour 'hotspots' - which each colour bleeding in to it's nearest other colours.

The amount of 'spread' for each hotspot could be set manually to adjust the strength of the gradient. This feature doesn't exist in any of the industry standard software I use, I cannot find any plugins or online tools to achieve what I see in my mind. As such, I am unable to solve the issue currently.
