I work for the Parks & Recreations department in my city. We have an issue coordinating different site locations (we have 12 of them). Especially when we are doing events together as well. It is hard to track things such as who has to be where, what facilities will be used, contact information, etc.
Often people do not know who is in charge, what the timeline for set up and clean up is, etc. An all encompassing shared live document would be great for us. Something that would feature things such as contact information, facility information, manager numbers, email addresses, anything pertinent to our daily workings. n/a.
