Startup Idea: Automated Resume Screening Software for Law Firms

Startup idea to develop an automated resume screening software aimed at helping law firms efficiently process numerous applications. The software can search for specific keywords and graduation dates, thereby reducing manual effort and optimizing the recruitment process.

I work in recruiting for a large law firm. We receive at least 5 resumes daily for our open positions. It would be great if there was some kind of software that could go through the submissions and automatically choose whether to continue with them in the recruiting process.

At the moment, I have to do it all manually by looking at each resume. I do not think a system like this exists - I know some other companies hire out things like this to be done by other people, but it would be great if a system could do something like search for the specific keywords or graduation dates we are looking for.
