Startup Idea: Job Application Simplification Platform

Startup idea to create a website/app designed to simplify the job application process for entry-level job seekers. The software would partner with companies to create an instant, interactive, and streamlined application process, also featuring automated qualification screening and constant contact with recruiters, aiming to be more user-friendly and efficient than existing platforms.

As an Entry level recent graduate, I am in the process of applying to jobs and have found that most website/Job applications are very long, complicated, confusing, and require hours of useless compiling of letters and answers to questions.

I think starting a website/app where you can partner with companies and create an easy instant and interactive application process, where the applicant can actually be in contact with someone and not be left hanging for months. The qualification screening can be automated and such. yes, there are current websites and app like glassdoor and ziprecruiter, they are just as useless.
