Smart idea planner. A planner that allows people to invite other people in it to support teams. Like central place to leave notes, ToDo List and chat to people in the project.

I know there some existing stuff like Slack, but that does not include ToDo list and notes really. It also be nice to have it for this could be self hosted on company own servers.

I thinking this be useful as I lot of times I end up with notes all over the place instead of central place.
