Startup idea to develop a unified emailing system that synchronizes all company emails, specifically tailored for the export and import business. This system should facilitate order checking, confirmation sending and update tracking.

I am in the field of export and import business. We have a small team of customer service reps constantly checking for order, sending out confirmations and seeing updates. Would like a curated emailing system which can sync our company mails together.
