Startup Idea: Efficient Food Order Prioritization Software

Startup idea to develop a software that aids the food service industry by efficiently prioritizing food orders. The program would account for varying preparation times, order times and should also allow for easy updates, considering changing menus, thereby increasing kitchen efficiency.

I am a computer science student that used to work in food service industry. When we worked, we did not have a software program that would prioritize what food orders should be made first in order to be the most efficient. Different food orders take different amounts of time to take and the time of order should also play a role in order to make sure no customer waits too long. Having software to do this would improve the efficiency of the kitchen. The software would also need to be easily editable in order to account for the changing menu.
