Startup Idea: Call Prioritization System for AC Company

Startup idea to develop a software solution that prioritizes calls from service techs at an air conditioning company, making their interactions more time-efficient in a busy environment where multiple calls are received at the same time.

I work for an air conditioning company as a receptionist. During the day, I am receiving multiple calls at once from customers as well as calls from our service techs. If there was a system that could prioritize techs' calls, that would be incredibly useful as their calls are considerably more time sensitive. Currently, we simply have multiple phone lines, but that can be a pain.
