Startup Idea: Banking Communication Backup Software

Startup idea to develop a software solution for banking institutions that serves as a backup for their communication systems. The software would kick in whenever the main system is overloaded or down, ensuring seamless communication flow.

I work for the banking industry and one problem we run into is our systems going down when we are overloaded with communications coming in via online chat.

We need some type of software that will work almost like a backup generator in a sense that if our intranet goes down, it will kick-in to serve as a backup, therefore we'd never miss a beat.

I'd definitely be willing to pay for something like this because it would eliminate the headaches every time this happens at my company.

Yes, my company has but we have not yet found a solution. The only thing we do now is wait for the volume to decrease and for the systems to start probably working again.
