Startup idea to develop a software that allows businesses to upload and manage employee schedules. The aim is to make it easier for employees to understand their schedules and help businesses reduce tardiness and absences.

My industry has no software to help upload the employees schedules. i find this would make it easier for the employees as well as help with tardies and absences.
