Startup Idea: Customer Address Search Feature for Restaurant POS System

Startup idea to develop an extension for a restaurant POS system, specifically for fast food delivery services, that allows customer lookup based on their address. This feature should implement security measures to adhere to privacy regulations.

I do bike deliveries for a major fast food service. We use a restaurant POS through Signature Services to keep track of our deliveries. The system currently does not track the addresses of our clients in the 'search' function of the system. This means that we are unable to look up clients based on their address. We have people calling from office buildings where a different person orders each time, but they don't always know the same of the person who ordered last time. If they have a problem with an old receipt, for example, we have to go in and manually search for their order. It is tedious and takes time away from us, the client, and the current customers.

The ideal solution would allow us to look up customers by address. I understand that there are some privacy issues at stake here, so several forms of security may be useful in terms of keeping the updated system within regulation.
