Startup Idea: Automated Employee Scheduling Software

Startup idea to develop a software program that inputs employee availability and automatically generates a work schedule for a given week. Advanced features would include employee overtime analytics to optimize work hours, reducing managerial scheduling time.

I am the manager of a large Sushi Restaurant where I have to manually create schedules for up to 30 employees every week. I use a basic excel sheet to format and post these schedules.

I have an idea for a program that lets you to put in the employee and their availability and automatically generates a schedule every week.

It was minimize the time it takes me to make the schedule manually as currently it takes several hours spread over a few days. To expand upon this the schedule maker could run analytics on each employee to analyze when the employee might venture into overtime and would be best utilized.

I have tried google searching terms such as automatic schedule maker and easy schedule maker. There are a few options out there but none seemed to be ideal so I'm still doing it manually.
