Startup Idea: Mobile Clock-In Application for Retail Workers

Startup idea to develop a mobile application that enables retail workers to clock in remotely, potentially using Bluetooth or a QR scanner, eliminating the need for a centralized clock-in station.

I currently work in retail.

It is a pain to clock in to work when there's only one clock-in station and sometimes there's a line. To clock in you have to punch in your number manually.

I would not pay for the service, the company should pay for it though.

Having an application that you can use your phone to sign in, maybe through bluetooth to clock in or a qr scanner. I have always thought about it, but I don't have experience in application development to even try this method.
