I have a residential cleaning business. I have very many orders in a day and it becomes confusing sometimes when the wrong cleaner is sent to the wrong customer. I have tried everything possible including use of simple spreadsheets and free scheduling apps to guide the cleaners when and where they are supposed to be, however they still make mistakes.

If I can have a tracking system that can track the orders and the staff from the point an order is received up to the the work is complete, it would be very helpful. It would be good if the staff handling the job would have mobile apps to update the office when they complete each task.
