Startup Idea: OTP Based Login System for DIY Product Customers

Startup idea to develop an OTP (One Time Password) based login system for DIY product customers. This will replace the traditional username/password setup, prompting customers to enter their mobile number, receive an OTP, and use that to login, minimizing account activation issues.

I was a customer success analyst with a DIY product, each time we created customer log ins I realized the client did not really activate the account and would call a few days asking what were the log in details.

This was a pain as I had to retrieve the mail and send it again. I think a solution would to use like their mobile number and each time they enter it it sends a one time password that allows the client to log in. So instead of username it would prompt a number then send an OTP.
