Startup Idea: Simplified Video Editing Software for Creatives

Startup idea to develop an inexpensive and simple-to-use video editing software for creatives especially those in the arts industry like quilters. The software would include basic editing features such as cutting out parts of videos and combining videos or audio.

I work in the creative arts industry, working with quilters, and occasionally I make videos to show quilting designs to clients. One of the major problems I've had lately is trying to find easy-to-use software for video editing. I'd like to find software for this that is fairly inexpensive and that has very minimal features like: cutting out unwanted parts of videos or combining two videos or video and audio together. I have searched for a while for similar software, but was unable to find any to my liking that were inexpensive (less than $25), and all the software for video editing that I found seemed more complicated than I wanted and offered more features than I needed. As it is, I've been using free software for Windows to solve my problem, but it is also somewhat inefficient and takes a long time to edit my videos.
