A work order program that is able to import/export from Microsoft excel and word. Needs to be able to track the trouble call for facilities,show the status of the work order (awaiting material,work in progress, worker installingpart,worker trouble shooting system). Be able to track hours,materiel cost and labor cost.

I work as an HVAC mechanic for a large private company. One of the biggest issues we have is that the current software out there doesn't import/export into windows suite. This prevents us from sending and email to the facilities manager showing them the status of the call without a direct copy and paste, as they do not have the same software as us. Most business have a Microsoft office so this would speed things along. Looked several times for Microsoft work order ,trackers and several others. Microsoft does offer projects but it doesn't fit the current meedsv.
