I work in Facilities Management. A big pain point in my daily work is occupancy planning, preventive maintenance, purchase orders, and work orders with the office building.

An issue that could be solved with software is something that is FM specific that could help you track any office moves, easily shuffle around desks virtually, label things, etc.; track invoices and costs to maintain a budget, alert the user when it is time for PMs and monitor certain equipment in the space.

I would pay a reasonable amount for this software. This software would help reduce the amount of paperwork everywhere, minimize extra programs and software, and facilitate new members of the team with efficiency and speed to learn how to use it (if it was user-friendly).

I have, I searched for Facilities Management Software. Right now I have a myriad of Excel sheets to track everything. We are still trying to solve the occupancy planning issue.
