Startup Idea: Improvement of AutoCAD Software & Time Sheet Software

Startup idea to refine slow AutoCAD software, specifically the XREF function, and improve user interface and functionality of time sheet software used in engineering consultancy.

I work as an engineering consultant in Massachusetts. I recently graduated and this is my first full time job.

Our AutoCAD software is rather slow, especially when it is referencing another document. We have received a patch that was supposed to make loading the reference files faster and result in less lag. However, this doesn't seem to have happened. A patch that would allow the XREF function to be more streamlined in Civil 3D 2015 would be appreciated.

Our time sheet software is also buggy and difficult to use. The function to delete time on a given day or a given project is not intuitive and difficult to find. A system with better icons and a more user-friendly interface would be appreciated. We currently use BST Enterprise.
