Startup Idea: Complaint Management System

Startup idea to develop a software that sorts and manages large volumes of complaints based on parameters such as name, location and phone number. This system would aid in maintaining historical data and analyzing complaint trends over time.

I currently work in a complaint office. Hundreds of individuals call in or virtually submit thousands of complaints every day. Currently there is no software that can manage these complaints, and I would like to sort them by name, location, phone number, etc etc. I think this would be useful for maintaining historical data and to see how our complaints trend over time.
