Startup Idea: Server Strength Detection and Bypassing Software Solution

Startup idea to develop a software solution that can automatically detect the strength of a server and if necessary, reroute to alternate servers, aiming to help ensuring constant and reliable server connectivity for businesses.

Currently, I am working as the Technical Head of a company. we are using proxy servers for our works. there are about 50 computers we are using. sometimes it seems difficult to maintain the speed of the servers. it will be really helpful if there is a software to detect the strength of the server and bypass to alternate servers if we need.
