Startup Idea: Browser-Based HR Software Upgrade Solution

Startup idea to design a user-friendly, browser-based software solution for corporate entities. Aimed at streamlining the review and request process of paychecks, W2s, and time off, helping to enhance the employee experience in what can often be a confusing and frustrating HR landscape.

I work for generic Corporate America. We have a software product called "workday" that allows us to see our paycheck, enter time off, etc. It's basically a one stop shop for HR related items concerning you and your "work profile". It is awful. It is not user friendly at all and incredibly difficult to navigate. For example, when requesting a day off, it is done in hours, not days. You are told you have (x) amount of hours to take time off, not (x) days. It is very annoying.

Develop a browser based software application that enables people to review their paychecks, W-2s, and request time off that is easy to navigate & understand.

Corporate America will thank you. No - we are forced to use what the company gives us. Not even IT has a say in what the higher ups in the organization want to implement.
