Startup Idea: Startup Idea for Automated Web Optimization Tool

Startup idea to develop a software tool aimed at non-tech savvy users for web optimization. The tool should be able to scan and assess large websites, identify issues related to new technologies and search engine optimization requirements, like non-secure pages, and offer solutions to fix them via a user-friendly GUI.

I am a research scientist with a federal science agency. While I love my job, my real passion is birds, birding, and nature photography. I have a very extensive website on these topics, a website with literally thousands of images and several thousand individual web pages. The website has been "built-up" over the course of many years, primarily using an older tool (Microsoft Web Expression".

While I can use the existing software to create web pages and modify my site, I am FAR from an experienced web designer. I'm simply unable to keep up with all the new technologies and new requirements. My site once ranked very high in Google search rankings, but has slowly declined over the years. I simply do not have the expertise or time to keep up with all new web requirements, such as Google's recent push to get websites to use https and better security.

I'm sure there are some software tools out there that help a person like myself with basic web skills, but lack of time or knowledge to really help optimize websites and make sure they're "current" with the latest technology. However, I'm not aware of any specific tool that might help in my situation. I would LOVE a software tools that automatically would assess my massive website, notify me of issues (such as pages not being https), and then offer simple tools with a nice, easy to understand GUI that would automatically fix those issues (such as converting all my web pages to https).
