Startup Idea: Personalized Recommendations System for Bed & Breakfast

Startup idea to develop a software that allows Bed & Breakfast owners to offer personalized recommendations to their customers. It would require functionalities for compatibility surveys, matching systems to cater towards customers' interests, and analytical tools for improved customer engagement.

I am currently working on a Bed and Breakfast with my wife. We have everything sorted out and have the site set up and ready to go, but since we offer a small getaway place for customers to visit and explore I wish there was a more direct way to cater toward each customers interests.

Such as a compatibility survey or matching system to have people enroll to stay at our place, and have personalized interests in the area for the to go a and do/ explore.

Some sort of analytics to filter the customers we get through reservations sites, and have detailed information to cater to them better, especially for the returning customer aspect of business outlook and future development.

I have looked a little for various programs or sites that offer coupons or deals, but none with a package with customized options and suggestions.
