Startup Idea: Unified Photographic Business Management Software

Startup idea to develop an all-in-one software for a Photographic Business management, which should include customer tracking, appointment scheduling, invoice issuance, photo proofing, and online proof delivery. It should also provide support like a 24/7 call center.

I currently run a Photographic Business. I have been trying to get the best software that provides everything i need in one run.

I get tired of running 10 programs for different task. Would love to have an all in one tracking system that provides customer tracking, appointments, invoices, photo proofs and be able to send proofs off by via internet.

Keep in mind that i have all the software thats top dollar yet all it does is crash my other software.

I would love solutions for this business because it would expand my customer base and have software like a call center so they could call an agent 24/7.
