I work in the video game industry. It is a company of about 150 people. Due to the nature of the industry, we tend to have a lot of get togethers and fun team building activities.
We also have daily morale meetings. Sometimes there are different themes that require us to coordinate and bring a certain object.
The way it is currently set up, the receptionist receives all the employees choices for what they want to bring and adds it to an Excel document.
I would pay to have software that automatically keeps track of these things. It would take a huge load off of the front desk staff and would increase productivity for the company, so I would be willing to pay for it.
