Startup Idea: Automated Taxi Dispatch Program

Startup idea to develop an automated dispatching software solution to streamline communication between taxi dispatchers and drivers, enabling effective use of text-based communication and remote working capabilities.

I work as a taxi dispatcher. The major problem we have is a reliance on an old school radio dispatching systems. We need a program that can automate the dispatching service and allow information to be passed quickly and efficiently to the drivers without relying on voice communication.

So much gets lost and confused when trying to talk to drivers, many of which have thick accents. A program that would allow us to broadcast "check calls" and communicate effectively. This program should also allow remote work.
