Startup Idea: Law Enforcement Information Sharing Platform

Startup idea to develop a cross-agency platform for law enforcement officers. The platform would allow officers to keep updated on locations or persons who might pose safety risks, with information on previous encounters, whether they're known to carry weapons, propensity to fight or run, etc.

I work in law enforcement and it would be really great if there was a product that could be accessed by all law enforcement to keep current on locations/persons who could be problematic.

With the trends in current law enforcement it would be extremely valuable for officer safety to know when other law enforcement agencies have dealt with someone and why they dealt with them. I'd like to know if they're known to carry weapons, and what kind.

Are they known to fight or run? This type of software could rake in lots of money. I'm sure many departments would pay for it if it meant giving officers a leg up on safety.
