Startup Idea: Voice-Enabled Project Management Application

Startup idea to develop a voice-enabled project management software that syncs between mobile and desktop applications. It allows project managers to easily record meeting points, updates and have voice recognition convert them to text that can be synced to specific projects.

I am a Project Manager for IT and Engineering at a large company in aerospace. I manage several projects at once that can be very different and with different groups of people. It is very hard to keep track of everyone and the status of each project.

Right now, Im attempting to keep track of everything on an Excel spreadsheet. The problem is, after I leave and meeting or otherwise have updates, by the time I get to updating the spreadsheet, a lot of information is lost. It would be nice to have an app on my cell phone that I could record key parts of a meeting or my own voice recording updates.

I could then sync my cell phone with a laptop/desktop app and the voice recording would go to the particular project were I could replay it and make better updates. It would be really cool if it had voice recognition to covert audio to text.

I could include key words in my speech like update the L87 project as follows (and then mention particular fields like Project Members or a lead time). An example: Update Project 123, Members List, Add Tom Jenking of I&C. Wireless syncing via Bluetooth or whatever would be cool.

I have searched but I've found nothing even close to what I described.
