Startup idea to develop a software that uses visual recognition to determine the quality of fruit in retail stores. Thereby reducing the risk of selling poor-quality fruit to the customers.

I have worked in retail. There should be software that tells if a piece of fruit is good by looking at it. Fruit can be bad on the inside without realizing it. So You could have it detect the fruit that is not good. Then you could go in and remove it so you aren't selling it to people. You could have it at each store. Then you can know what fruit to toss before letting customers buy it.
